Bus stop and drop curb and double yellow lines

I run Ludlow Curtains on Station Drive in Ludlow. There is a dropped kerb in front of the shop but the are double yellow lines in front of this. We have deliveries and use the dropped kerb as access. Can you confirm whether this is ok. There is also a bus stop at the front. People tend to stand in front of the shop which isn’t a problem but they get abusive to some of our disabled customers who come to collect orders and pull up over the dropped kerb to collect. Please could you tell me whether this is ok and we are very tired with the bus users abusing us and our customers. We do not block the pathway. Thanks very much. I will await your reply.
