  • Nothing has happened yet to the road junction culvert that I reported collapsed back in March this year….. has anyone been out to look at it even,?? Regards, Paul Griffiths, Local Farmer, 07711561708.

  • Customer rang back after receiving update about repairs for the defective culvert. He is concerned that the location pinpointed on FMS is in the wrong place, it should be on Willaston Road, between Higher Kempley Farm and the Willaston Road/Prees Road junction, it is not on Prees Road. He gave a what3words reference: talkers.proved.salt for the team to narrow down the location, and also asked if someone could give him a call on his mobile when the team are on their way so he can show exactly where the issue is.
