Massive pot holes which have damaged my car

I could not see these holes due to them being filled with rain, i went through these HUGE holes which has now damaged my car. i now also have flat tyres from this. this is genuinely dangerous and i now have to pay a lot of money to get my tyres replaced, my previous ones were brand new as well. this is completely unfair, half of the road is missing!!!!
