Subsided road about 10 feet long

Road has subsided and vehicles are catching their underside on the raised hump in the middle. It has been getting increasingly worse since the patch of road just before was repaired for the same reason. There are also several more sections of the same lane, towards Rowley, which have severe subsidence which have become worse over this last winter.
