2 potholes

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14172913.

Previously repaired potholes are reappearing. This section has been repaired multiple times and every time it rains the patch fails and reappears. One full of water and if cars are coming the other way its unavoidable. Also one slightly further up the road also getting bigger and bigger
