Potholes and road surface

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14172766.

The road surface is so uneven and covered in potholes that it is now becoming dangerous. Can this be reviewed and actioned asap please. This is going to damage vehicles and/or cause injury to residents or walkers who use the route as a public footpath. This has been reported numerous times and requires fixing.
