Lost dog

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14172679.

Her dog has been taken to Hilbrea today and she has been told she needs pay to pick them up, she can’t afford it at the moment and she is going through a bereavement. Pete has told her to speak to Jane Salisbury. Can she be called back to discuss the payment.
