Junction surface disintegrating, road dangerous to navigate

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14172644.

Junction is now very dangerous. There is no work booked into the interactive roadworks map for 12 months ahead .... Also, where the traffic lights are, the surface is starting to break up and hole significantly. With people weaving to avoid potholes, will the council accept liability for any accidents?
