Deep life threatening pothole, half m across, 20cm+ deep, middle of carriage way, busy roundabout

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14172611.

Deep, centre carriageway pothole, on busy A road roundabout entrance. A458 bypass, approach carriage way from west to roundabout, right on entrance line to roundabout. half m to 1 m long, half m wide, 20+cm deep. Difficult to see on approach, esp as road user will be looking for other traffic. Could kill cyclist of motor cyclist easily on this busy round about used by heavy good vehicles and articulated lorries. and cause severe damage to cars.
