Water Stop Tap Cap missing - Dangerous

There is a Water Stop Tap Cap missing on the pavement in Lutwyche Road, near to the junction of Shrewsbury Road.

This is a deep and dangerous hole in a well used pavement.

Can you please replace the missing cap before a pedestrian or child gets seriously injured.
