Lots of litter on verges of this stretch of road (+ lay-bys)

These stretches of road are often full of litter on the verges - including increasingly now on the A41 around Tong (snack van parking on lay by at To g seems to have encouraged much more litter …. Residents help to clean up but look like they need some support from time to time
