The newly built park in town center requires a bin.

The new park has no litter bin now I'm not saying it will eradicate litter but it will help. I visited the park 3 times over the weekend to do a litter pick and took pictures the 2nd and 3rd time. We're also visited deer moss park that has 4 litter bins and the park was clear of litter. Thankyou
