I've seen the door of the caravan open, and dirty tissues, fag butts, bottles and even potatoe salad being thrown over the fence. You've been told so many times... why don't you just stuck a camera up if you need evidence!! We're telling you who is doing it... you're doing nothing to address the root course... you are just wasting our council tax and time reporting / clearling it up. Be proactive for a change.
