The new plastic piping has been installed and filled in, but the tarmac hasn't been sealed either end of the repairs

Thank you for your reply, I reported that it hasn't been sealed as Sealing creates a water-resistant barrier, preventing moisture from seeping into the repaired tarmac and the road's sub-layers, which can lead to erosion, cracking, and potholes. The last time I reported this issue, you had the repairs done correctly, so what has changed, as Severn trent carried out the work, it cannot be down to cost, I will escalate my concerns through the unitary Council if I don't receive an explanation on why this work is okay, especially when its been sealed in the middle of it.
