Blocked drainage ditch

Main drainage ditch goes through a pipe for 12 yards and has been blocked for weeks. This ditch drains thousands of gallons of water from one side of the road into Pye Brook and is not going down after no rain for a week. This backs up the water going passed Patch House and exsapates the problems on the road there which can become impassible if there is heavy rainfall.
