Telephone conversation yesterday afternoon with Louise of out-of-hours highways emergency service refers. Location is approx. opposite Roman Catholic Cathedral on Town Walls. When ivy growing over town wall and reducing pavement width was removed yesterday afternoon, old boarding found in aperture in Town Wall at pavement level, and where there is a considerable drop down to allotments below on other side of wall. Being reported in case you deem a temporary barrier necessary.
