Dangerous parts and fluids left in public place

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14172222.

There's a car left dismantled in the garage area off Balfour Road, Shifnal. The car is jacked up and parts/liquid left on floor. This is a hazard as children play around the area.
