Verge containing service media eroded by traffic

Over the last 2 years the increased traffic on the lane including larger heavier agricultural machinery has severely eroded the verge meaning vehicles are passing extremely close to our property on a blind corner. This also risks damaging the septic tank drain and LPG gas supply pipe which run under the verge. Please would you restore the verge to its former width and place markers or bollards on the edge to prevent reoccurrence.
