Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14172084.

Bags, paint tins, carpets, bricks, clothes. These are IN THE ROAD not on the verges. This is a short cut when the motorway is closed it has been very busy and these items are in the road and a hazard to drivers
