Temporary traffic lights still in place but not needed

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14172072.

Cadent have left the site but temporary traffic lights have been up since 4th March without any requirement. Causing unnecessary traffic backlogs. Lights need to be removed.
