Multiple potholes to mini roundabout

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14171911.

The pot holes have been a problem since the start of the year and are now all melding into one giant crater, a relatives i10 has small wheels and is now too scared to use that route due to the issue being forced into one of the holes by another driver caused, we have a massive SUV and it has damaged our wheels so it is now affecting all road users bar HGV's. A temporary fix will not alleviate this issue, the area requires planing to at least top of base course and the binder and surface course needs relaying.
