Tarmac smaller hole and cracking

The roads in Betton are terrible and poor maintenance is creating the holes which are temporary fixed over and over again. I reported this fault some years ago and it was not addressed. The roads need resurfacing we have heavy machinery on these roads which along with bad weather means these roads need to be maintained better. The roads need resurfacing properly

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
