Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14171831.

Domestic refuse continues to be thrown onto the footpath, there are potatoes there today. It’s disgusting, it’s going to attract rats and other vermin, this is fast becoming a. Environmental health problem. It needs to be investigated. These people continue to just treat this footpath like a skip. There are more and more cigarette butts everywhere, all chucked over the fence.
