Dangerous road conditions due to potholes, flooding and mud on the road.

I would like to report an incident on one of your roads, It happened just over the border into Shropshire on Lodmore Lane as you can see in the pictures below, the road is badly damaged with severe potholes along with mud all over the road, I would recommend this road is repaired as a matter of urgency as I was very lucky to escape with minor injuries.

Can you please advise what the next steps are to getting my bike repaired, this is quite urgent as I am due to travel overseas on it next month.
