Query over reopened road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14171794.

Customer contacted us regarding the road that was closed in Bronygarth due to a collapsed wall. She said that it looks like the road has reopened to pedestrians and cyclists, but has concerns over the safety of the railings along there, especially with the steep drop on the other side. She asked if this should have been reopened and if the railings are going to be strengthened.
