Potholes and road breaking up

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14171325.

This road all the way up to the windmill (en route to Upper Bent) is breaking up and now impossible to avoid potholes etc, This problem continues in the other direction past The Hollies and on down to the main road further up the A488.
