Multiple potholes more than 40mm deep

Ongoing problem for 4 years. On the straight between Red Furlongs and Hollybush Farm. Odd holes have been patched here and there but don't last. Numerous deep potholes - so many that it is now impossible to drive around them. Made worse by the drainage problem also reported.
