Mirror missing at top of Legges Hill

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14170553.

Once again the mirror at the top of Legges Hill has come down (where Legges Hill meets King Street). this makes it very difficult to pull out of Legges Hill safely.

When replaced, can the mirror please be angled so that it shows vehicles coming from the left in King Street. Last time the mirror was up it just reflected down Legges Hill and therefore did not help drivers trying to pull out from Legges Hill to King Street.
