Large, deep pothole in line of wheel track on blind bend

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14170429.

Large pothole on bend, surface around gully/manhole cover has come away leaving dangerous sharp edges which could burst tyres. This pothole is over a metre wide so cars swerve around to avoid on the bend which is dangerous. It needs a more thorough reconstruction of the road pavement this time so that it doesn't come back again.
