Pothole close to crossroads in westbound carriageway

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14170353.

This has had some repair but has opened up directly past previous repair and is increasing in size and depth forcing traffic into opposite carriage way dangerously putting traffic at risk.
