Road disintegrating

On the bend about halfway between the SVCP and the top of Chapel Lane there's a soak away drain that's now starting to breakup around it and is now getting wider. It's already been reported and it was also marked with paint to be repaired when the patched up the lane the last time but nothing was touched it's now getting worse due to the winter weather
