Constant water flow into the road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14170231.

This gets reported almost monthly yet you continue to ignore it, why? This is a constant problem that you are well aware of. According to your records it has been reported several times and you supposedly dealing with it. Just get it sorted and come back every 3 months to maintain it. Why should I have to keep doing your job for you ? When someone slid3s on the ice and has an accident p, guess where who we will be claiming against?

  • Customer has called back following up on this issue which is a very common occurrence along this stretch of road. He wants to speak with someone to find out why this is not regularly maintained and why the road has been allowed to flood the amount of times it has, and what steps we can take to prevent future flooding along here.

  • Customer is very frustrated. No one has got back to him since his last call about this ongoing problem. It has been a problem for at least 10 years and he has repeatedly reported the problem without it being fixed properly. He wants someone to call him asap to advise what we are going to do to fix the problem.
