Hedges overgrown scratchin my delivery van

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14170224.

This park hedging needs cutting, i am a delivery driver and when all the cars are parked this lane becomes one lane wide forcing you along the park boundary and the hedging is scratching the vans/cars. Also noticed the gullys are blocked...not cleaned out.
