Not enough traffic lights - Gains Park Way - 3 way traffic lights haven’t taken into account there needs to be 4 way lights for new housing estate

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14170218.

Gains Park Way dangerous temporary traffic lights, 3 way temporary lights have been installed. However someone forgot to include a set of traffic lights to control traffic joining from the new Anway housing development. So there actually needs to be 4 way lights. I met a 4x4 turning out of the new development into the flow of traffic which could have caused a collision. There is also mud on the road from the new development which could cause an incident.
