Temp traffic lights all on red constantly

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14170204.

There are three sets of traffic lights on this road all within a mile of each other and all are stuck on red causing traffic to run the red light potentially causing accidents. Also I don’t see the need for traffic lights so close together when nothing is ever being done at the sites. One set has been there for 18 months and all that is wrong is a bit of a muddy road. Appalling!
