Bin still overflowing... Been driven past several times

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14170116.

Hi this bin is still overflowing! It's been reported before and nothing been done. The lad who empties the bin has driven past it to empty other bins, so cannot understand why it's being left. Please ensure it's put back on his round.
