Street lamp not working properly

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14169833.

This street light does not stay on during the supposed times. It flickers on and off, staying off for long periods before coming back on , when it is supposed to be on. It has been doing this for several weeks now, the lighting is very intermittent. It is on a dark pathway which needs to be lit for safety reasons
