Poor road surface - again

As this is a busy junction please repair the poor surface and potholes, and I will say 'again.' I believe your teams have been working on this area at least three times in the last 18 months and it is still unacceptable, as is the costs and work standards. Why does it take so many visits to repair such a small section of road
