Surface is breaking up

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14169629.

The road surface is worn out and needs re-surfacing, I have reported this several times and each time nothing is done. Prevention is better than cure, if nothing is done this will continue to get worse and cost more in the long run.
