  • I have not seen any work being carried out on the reported streetlights which have now been out for 23 days. Why is there such a delay, is it a money saving exercise?

  • We have attended site and identified a cable fault. We are working to locate the fault to rectify this as soon as possible. At this time, we are unable to provide a date as to when this will be completed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
