Fish shop sign

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14168715.

The fish shop has put a sign on the traffic with arrows pointing towards their shop. Feels this is very dangerous as could cause distraction to drivers, also feels they don't have permission to a sign up where ever they want.
