A458 leaving crosshouses towards Shrewsbury, Lay bys on right and left on A458

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14168468.

This is the 3rd time I've reported this and nothing has been done. There's now a white mattress dumped on the right hand lay by. There's loads of rubbish that's been scattered all over both lay bys. If you're not going to collect it, let me know and i'll do it myself. Please collect.
