Multiple potholes across the carriageway

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14168443.

Potholes have been here for several months. I'm reporting this issue for the second time as no one is taking notice. The potholes and deep and dangerous - they now cover the entire carriageway and it is impossible to avoid them. Please do something about the state of the road.
