All the way from Whittington village to at least then Narrow Boat pub, the white line in the centre of the road is barely noticible or non existent!!

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14168263.

At night especially in the wet, the road is dangerous as it is pitch black, no lighting at all. This problem has been getting worse for months and I'm surprised there hasn't been a major accident.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
