Drain cover has blown in 2 locations

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14168244.

There are two drain covers that have blown of completely - 1 being where the pin has been placed, the other on the corner next to the the entrance to the field as you head towards the junction. This is extremely dangerous and needs addressing urgently. The road on the junction is completely flooded, as per the images attached. This flooding is causing issues with the BT chamber further along the road - when it floods the chamber is flooded and internet connection goes completely - until the flood subsides. We intend to raise this issue with the MP as - BT have explained the issue lies with Shropshire Council but Shropshire Council are not helping resolve the issue with the flooding.
