Abandoned Vehicle and mud

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14168027.

There is a permanently possibly abandoned vehicle that never moves at the point shown. It is old and dirty and is surrounded by disgusting mud around it. As it never moves the dirt surrounding it is increasing and as this is an historic area it is a shame that the Council cannot maintain things better.
