Water covering huge pothole

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14167919.

I moved to the side of the road to let a lorry pass and fell into the pothole. I couldn't see it at all as it was covered by water and isn't seen by other drivers as they pass through the middle to avoid the water. The pothole is a long strip along the side of the road so you can't just driver forward our of it and for some cars, it's deep enough to scratch the bottom of the car. I'm a leaner driver and had to get my instructor to get me out of the hole along with a driver passing by, pushing the car from behind as the road was scraping along the bottom of my car.
