Road surface breaking up

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14167883.

This stretch of road has numerous individual potholes that have been repaired many times over the years. Many are again in need of refilling but this is not working. A 50 yard stretch of road needs to be resurfaced to eliminate the problem once and for all.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
