Rain water during prolonged heavy spells and recent storms does not drain away for a long time and half floods road at the Gyratory system (approaching Town Centre, left hand lane from Belle Vue)causing cars to go around or drive through splashing pedestrians walking in front of park area. Has been blocked for months.
