Sewage now on street and road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14167629.

Mess from sewers on street, it was leaking from a property drain/removed from drain by someone and now is situated on the path and street. Definitely human waste due to the smell - and it is spreading from cars driving through it.
